Job Description:

  • Ensure that Desktop Support calls are resolved in a timely manner to the satisfaction of end-users and forward more complex ones to senior IT colleagues to ensure timely resolution.

  • Responsible for conducting desktop and peripherals installation and configuration to ensure required IT equipment is available and fully functional for EZW employees.

  • Conduct breakdown maintenance of IT equipment, and ensure minimum down-time.

  • Responsible for vendor coordination for repair and maintenance of IT equipment across EZW locations.

  • Analyse and report data related to support calls, to identify problem areas and bring it to the attention of senior management for preventative and corrective actions.

  • Perform other work associated duties as assigned by direct line manager.

Bachelor Degree
