- Ensure that Desktop Support calls are resolved in a timely manner to the satisfaction of end-users and forward more complex ones to senior IT colleagues to ensure timely resolution.
- Responsible for conducting desktop and peripherals installation and configuration to ensure required IT equipment is available and fully functional for EZW employees.
- Conduct breakdown maintenance of IT equipment, and ensure minimum down-time.
- Responsible for vendor coordination for repair and maintenance of IT equipment across EZW locations.
- Analyse and report data related to support calls, to identify problem areas and bring it to the attention of senior management for preventative and corrective actions.
- Perform other work associated duties as assigned by direct line manager.
