Job Description:


  1. Respond to specific customer requests and queries in order to provide them with updated information on the status of their transactions/applications, as and when possible.

  2. Respond to general customer requests and queries in order to provide them with basic/general EZW product and service information, and basic advice on relevant processes and procedures.

  3. Forward customer requests to the relevant colleagues or department to ensure prompt and informed responses to external customers.

  4. Process routine documentation, according to defined procedures, in order to check for completeness and/or errors.

  5. Perform other work associated duties as assigned by direct line manager.
